There’s something powerful about receiving care in your own space. Mobile massage allows you to skip the traffic, stay grounded after your session, and experience personalized bodywork without ever leaving home. I bring the table, linens, hot towels, and everything needed to create a calm, professional environment — all you need to do is show up for yourself.

Frequently Asked QuestionsDo I need to provide anything for an in-home massage?
Just a clean, quiet area with enough space to fit a massage table and room to move around it. Access to an outlet is preferred. I bring the table, linens, hot towels, and everything else needed.
What areas do you serve?
I offer mobile massage in Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re in range, feel free to reach out.
How should I prepare for my session?
Wear something comfortable, and avoid heavy lotions or oils beforehand. If it’s your first session, I’ll arrive a few minutes early to set up and go over your goals for the day.
What should I wear during the massage?
Undress to your comfort level. You’ll be properly draped at all times. Many clients choose to undress fully, but that’s entirely up to you.
Can you accommodate specific needs or sensitivities?
Absolutely. My work is rooted in inclusivity, consent, and meeting people where they are. Whether you have mobility concerns, sensory sensitivities, trauma history, body image worries, or just certain preferences — I’m happy to adjust. This includes things like communication style, draping preferences, body positioning, or skipping areas altogether. You’re always in control of your session.
If there’s anything you’d like me to know ahead of time, feel free to include it when booking, text me privately, or let me know in person — whatever feels most comfortable for you.I have a health condition, can I still get a massage?
Massage is highly adaptable and can benefit a wide range of conditions. If you have any medical concerns, recent injuries, or specific considerations, feel free to reach out before booking. I’m happy to talk through any concerns and make adjustments to keep you safe and comfortable.
What tools do you use during massage?
I may incorporate heated towels, cupping, or warm stones during a massage depending on your body’s needs. All tools are used intentionally and with your comfort and consent. If you prefer a hands-only session, just let me know — your preferences are always respected.
What are basalt stones?
Basalt stones are smooth volcanic stones that retain heat beautifully. During a session, they’re used as an extension of my hands to soften muscle tissue and promote deep relaxation.
What is cupping?
Silicone cupping is a modern take on traditional cupping therapy — no fire or glass involved. Soft silicone cups create suction on the skin to support circulation, reduce tension, and promote lymphatic flow. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort.
Will cupping leave marks?
Mild, temporary marks are possible. They’re a normal response to increased circulation and typically fade within a few days.
Do I need to tip?
Tipping is never expected or required. The best “tip” is your reviews, return business, and referrals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may incur a fee.
What if I miss a monthly session in my membership?
No worries — sessions roll over for up to three months, so you’ll have time to use them when it fits your schedule.
